A vacancy for a position of Data Loading & Remote Maintenance Engineer (f/m) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. 

You will be responsible for the design and integration of Maintenance and Data Loading systems, which offer centralized solutions to ease aircraft maintenance daily operations and maximize aircraft operational availability. You will contribute to the definition of new Digital Maintenance solutions using emerging technologies (i.e. Mobile Maintenance, Remote Maintenance, Remote Data Loading, etc.).

Our Maintenance & Data Operations Community gathers more than 80 people in several Engineering Centers in Europe and in India.

The mission of the Community that you will join is to Create, Design, Develop Maintenance and Data operations and systems to:

·  Boost Aircraft Availability
·  Ease Maintenance Operations
·  Promote Innovation & Services
·  Maximize the Value of Data
·  Ensure Data Availability

You will join an international, diverse and empowered team working on Research and Technology projects (Maintenance of Tomorrow etc...), developing creative proposals for Aircraft systems and Services such as Skywise Predictive Maintenance,  Remote Maintenance or Smart Data Loading solutions and supporting our Customers on such products. You will benefit from training opportunities and new ways of working (digital tools, remote working, flexible working hours, etc.). You will report to a leadership team whose priority is to support your development, foster team spirit and give meaning to your activity in a global Airbus environment. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to :

·  Design, develop and integrate the Data Loading and Configuration reporting System (DLCS) with all interfaced systems on all Airbus programs
·  Contribute to the implementation of the “future of maintenance”, in particular for the Remote Data Loading innovation project
·  Deliver project on time, cost, quality and performance targets
·  Collaborate in multi-functional team with several stakeholders through the Airbus organization (Engineering, Program, Testing, Industrialization, Certification, Customer Services)
 

Your “Boarding Pass”:

·  You have a Master degree in Aeronautical or Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
·  You have a mixed experience in classical systems engineering and in new technologies (e.g. blockchain, data security, UX/UI, mobile operations, remote maintenance and data loading, …).
·  You are dynamic, positive, curious, passionate and creative
·  You have a strong team spirit and you like to learn and collaborate with a high diversity of people
·  You have good communications skills
·  You have an advanced level in English, and an intermediate level in French with a willingness to learn
