Job Objectives

·  Handle Rewards operations in Singapore such as payroll processing and related Compensation & Benefits operations.
·  Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools).
·  Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions.
·  Consult in cases with high expertise need.
·  Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Operations

·  Ensure on time monthly payroll processing and monthly Central Provision Fund (CPF) contribution for Singapore entities.
·  Perform payroll quality check before final review by the Rewards Team Lead and to generate on time payroll related reports to Finance on a monthly basis.
·  Creation & update of new employees details in the HRIS system and uploading of relevant e-documents (e.g. employment contract etc.) to employee E-Personnel file.
·  Support the Rewards Team Lead in reviewing the current operations processes (e.g. Payroll).
·  Support payroll audit when required.
·  Ensure on time annual Income Tax submission to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and ad hoc IR21 (Tax Clearance) submission when required.
·  Act as expert and advise on income tax, hypothetical tax and social contribution topics.
·  Support on job evaluation and job grading exercise
·  Support the Rewards Team Lead in conducting annual salary benchmark exercise/survey with external consultancy firms.
·  Support the Rewards Team Lead in conducting annual salary review / variable bonus calculation/ letter merging for Singapore entities.
·  Kept abreast on the updates of relevant government bodies and legislations such as CPF, IRAS and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) etc. Interact with government agencies when required.
·  Handle all Governmental claims submission (e.g. National Service (NS), Maternity, Childcare, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave etc.) and act as expert to advise on such topics.
·  Handle E-leave system for all leave type and to ensure proper leave record are recorded. 
·  Ensure timely addition and deletion of members to insurance / flexible benefits census lists on a bi-monthly basis and support on members listing verification to vendor on a yearly basis.
·  Interacts and collaborate with HRBPs when required.
·  Any ad hoc tasks and projects when necessary.  
·  Adhere to Airbus Ethics & Compliance policies and business conduct
·  Act in line with Airbus Values and behave with integrity

Work Pass Applications

·  Handle work pass applications such as Employment Pass/S Pass/Dependent Pass/Work Permit etc.
·  Handle work pass appeal cases (when necessary) with the support of HRBPs
·  Ensure timely renewal of all relevant work pass
·  Ensure timely issuance and cancellation of all relevant work pass
·  Act as expert and advise on work pass topics

Job Requirements

·  Minimum Tertiary education and above in any discipline preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
·  At least 3 years of working knowledge in Human Resource disciplines; with preferably a previous experience in payroll operations, government claims administration, knowledge in tax and social contributions topics.
·  A good operational experience within fast pace and complex multinational environment
·  A good understanding of the CPF, IRAS and MOM legislations
·  Prior experience with BIPO and Workday will be preferred.
