REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2786€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

de Paris (ADP). ADP Ingénierie is in charge of airport projects and major equipment made beyond the Paris region and has important references on every continent.

As part of the development of the Group's activities in Asia/Pacific region (APAC), we are looking today for a Financial Project Controller for ADP Ingénierie Hong Kong office.

Poste et missions:

You will join a startup environment within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers and architects. ADP Group has now more than 60 years of experience in the Aviation Industry and thanks to almost 20 years of presence in Asia with some recent references such as Tianfu International Airport and Daxing International Airport, ADP group has opened a branch in Hong Kong to continue its development in Asia.
In collaboration with the BU manager, financial department and the project managers, you will be in charge of the following main missions:
- Projects monitoring and participation in project reviews
- Verification of data update in conjunction with financial department and project managers
- Analysis of project Key Performance Indicators
- Participation in monthly project reviews
- Follow-up of actions decided
- Preparation of the project performance summary for the BU
- Assist Project managers in their financial management of identified projects
- Create initial budget in the ERP
- Assist in management of Budget revision
- Assist with Tax project
- Particiapte in Project closure

BU financial reporting:
- Collecion of data from the financial department
- Preparation of the Business Unit Key Performance Indicators
- Participation in overall financial reporting
- Preparation of Project work load planning and follow-up

Profil:

- 1 or 2 year-experience
- University Degree
- Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken, French proficiency
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, good team player
- Mature, flexible, eager to learn
- Maintains an organized approach to managing daily activities
- Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
