Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· To support Sales channel Senior Director and account managers in terms of data arrangement, business analysis, and reporting
· To support BP&O team on Wholesale Business Planning and Operation process
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
· Lead to develop weekly / monthly sales reports of responsible accounts as requested from BP&O and FP&A
· Ensure that all report is developed accurately and delivered on time
· Conduct an analysis of sales related KPI, e.g. AO, sell-in, sell-out, return, and inventory of responsible accounts
· Conduct an analysis of investment, e.g. SWB, CAPEX, and OPEX of responsible accounts
· Support account managers to make business planning
· Maintain and develop the database and arrangement with BP&O
KPI:
· Ensure the accuracy of all financial information required by company
Key Relationships:
· Market Commercial: Sales channel Senior Director and account managers in Key Accounts channel / Field Sales channel
· Market Back Office: BP&O, Customer Services, FP&A
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
· Profound understanding of Sporting goods industry and Wholesale / Retail math
· Strategic thinking and ability to work with cross functional team to drive initiatives
· Strong communication skill
· Strong database management skill
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in Business or equivalent
· 2 years of functional experiences in Sporting goods / Apparel industry
· Sales planning / operation experiences are preferred
· IT: Advanced MS Office skill
· English: Advanced in writing and speaking
· Japanese: Fluent
