Majorel is looking for fluent German and English speakers as Trainer for one of its clients in Barcelona, a leading company in diabetes management devices.

As a Trainer, you will be working in a Contact Center and your main objective will be to provide knowledge and skills to the future customer service agents.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Inform of any changes or modifications of the existing product
- Empower the agents to make decisions and to solve problems in a proactively way
- Motivate the agents to do their best
- Be in contact with internal departments and give them feedback of the agents

The offices are located in Glories (Barcelona) and well communicated by public transportation.

Your schedule will between 08 am to 19 pm from Monday to Sunday with two days off and two weekends off per month.

Requisitos:
·  - Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Customer focused and service oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Team Leader experience (minimum 6 months)
- New technologies knowledge will be a plus
