Adecco are assisting an exiting company with their search for a mobile White Goods Engineer to cover the Reading Area.

The role is working for a market leading White Goods break down insurer. The successful candidate will be travelling around the Reading area, visiting clients homes and carrying out repairs and diagnosis on a wide range of appliances including cookers, dishwashers, fridge freezers, refrigerators and washing machines.

This is a Monday to Friday position with overtime offered on Saturdays.

The salary is between £25,000 and £30,000 p/a plus benefits

The ideal candidate:

·  Knowledge and awareness of Domestic Appliance servicing

·  5 years as a White Goods Appliance Engineer

·  Gas qualifications would act as an advantage but is not essential (CCN1 & CKR1).

·  Full clean driving licence

·  Experience in White Goods electrical fault finding, testing and repair

·  Technical installation and repair skills

·  Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently

·  Ability to manage own diary to ensure appointments are honoured.

·  Previous history in a customer facing role.
