This role involves delivering the highest levels of quality and customer service via our Web Chat function on our flagship Webpage. You will be responsible for giving excellent service to our customers and using your skills to recommend products to enhance their holiday.

This is the perfect position for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of working to (and exceeding!) agreed targets and maximising sales opportunities whilst delivering that outstanding experience.

We are looking for candidates who have previous experience within a sales environment - preferably on a web chat team - and a strong track record of working successfully to sales targets. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to quickly build a rapport with a new customer, as well as good negotiation skills.

Skills:

Minimum 6 months experience in B2C Sales role

Proven track record meeting sales targets within a commercial environment (ideally working with a Live Chat or Web Chat function)

Excellent phone manner

Ability to perform well under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Driven attitude and excellent work ethic!

Salary: up to £17,500 (Plus performance related bonus of up to £700 bonus pcm)
