We are currently looking for a Travel Advisor responsible for building new relationships to ensure the effective planning and prioritising of client contact of all potential clients and this must be made at the right time and with the right information to secure their business. You must also ensure effective retention of existing clients and this will require someone with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Additional you will develop and maintain quotes/provisional bookings and use a tracking/reporting and diary systems to maintain awareness of personal performance against agreed standards. The role also requires an individual who can work to targets, has previous sales/customer services experience and is confident, friendly and professional when liaising with customer over the phone. You must have excellent verbal communication and listening skills and have strong accuracy and attention to detail.
