We are looking for an experienced and energetic Training Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting new opportunity and the successful candidate will support the implementation of training and education projects internationally.

Job title: Training Coordinator
11 month Temporary Assignment
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Central London (remote working for the foreseeable)
Hours: 37.5 hour week - Monday to Friday
Salary : £58,000-£62,000

Job Description

Our client's team is looking to hire a Training Coordinator to help develop and deploy a number of Customer Training and Education Initiatives Internationally. In this role, you will be helping to orchestrate some of the day to day operations of their EMEA and APAC training team.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to take the initiative, to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, autonomously and to the highest standards across multiple markets. Additionally, you will need to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Responsibilities :

·   Liaise with Education Leads and other internal stakeholders to organise training programs

E.g. setting up registrations in event management platforms, organising class logistics, supporting the team with pre and post event coordination and measuring success and impact

·  Develop collaborative partnerships with stakeholders

·  Work with external vendors to refine marketing materials for Education and Training programmes

·  Review class evaluations, compile results for analysis and optimisation

·  Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools the team work with, such as Sharepoint and Instructor Calendar

·  Continually identify opportunities to increase customer value and deepen relationships

·  Effectively communicate throughout the project lifecycle

·  Learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for multiple concurrent workstreams

·  Flexibility in working hours might be required

Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills: 

·  Experienced working in projects and/or training coordination, specifically in a team coordination or program management position

·  Industry recognised project management qualification Eg. PRINCE2 or equivilant

·  Experience in the advertising or marketing industry

·  Experience working with publishers and media agencies

·  Experience in designing slides with Powerpoint

·  Experience in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

·  Experience in designing in and working with Microsoft SharePoint

·  Knowledge of event marketing platforms such as SplashThat

·  Knowledge of Live Streaming platforms

·  Fluent in English with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

·  Strong detailed planning, time management and organisational skills

·  Exceptional attention to detail, with experience doing this in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment

·  Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgement

Extra qualifications/requirments that would be benefical:

·  Experience designing training materials

·  Experience in a multinational company

·  Ability to adapt to changing programs and processes

·  Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new processes

·  Available to start immediately
