Technical Assistant.
Adecco are working exclusively with rapidly growing employer based in Penrith.
We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual, with high attention to detail to join our client's Technical team.
If you are looking to join a successful business who offer progression within this could be the role for you.
The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have an understanding of Auto CAD would be desirable (but not essential). The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, able to work under their own initiative.
Ideally have some knowledge of both current building regulations and planning procedures and/or sewer, highway and Section Agreements.
Expectations & Tasks:
· Assisting on all development.
· Collecting technical information.
· Managing building regulations.
· Assisting with planning applications.
· Printing and issuing drawings to the sites.
· Maintaining registers and assistant with technical queries.
· Attending site meetings and visiting sites.
Skills & Experience:
· The ability to work to tight deadlines.
· High attention to accuracy.
· Understanding of Auto CAD
· Knowledge of Building regulations/ planning procedures/ sewers/ highway section Agreements.

· £18,000 - £20,000 dependant on exp.
