From overseeing the day to day clients to booking engineers, the right candidate will have a high level of attention to detail in a constantly changing environment. Duties

·  Liaising with field based colleagues

·  Chasing the field team for information

·  Using Excel to create reports and colleague movements

·  Booking travel and accommodation

·  Invoicing and general administration

·  Dealing with client queries over the phone and via emails

Individual

·  Highly organised and proactive

·  Excellent phone manner

·  Strong coordinator dealing with all levels of business

·  Excel proficient

·  Able to deal with complaints

·  Using Visio systems
