As part of the Well being Team and based at Sutton Life Centre, you will be part of a small team of staff working to deliver an excellent standard of customer service, and assisting with the delivery of income targets in accordance with the Council's corporate goals, departmental objectives and service plans.

You will be working with young people in KS2 and KS3 and will be required to deliver Life Skills Tours and Workshops as part of the centre's commitment to safety and citizenship education and to assist with the booking process and dealing with enquiries and increasing bookings. Presenting skills will be necessary, and you will need to be able to engage with young people aged 8-13 on a regular basis.

In addition, you will be responsible for dealing with meeting room bookings and enquiries and ensuring that rooms are set up and set down before and after each meeting, managing your time effectively to deliver an excellent service to customers.

As a front line member of staff, you will be required to interact with a wide variety of users on a daily basis, answer customer enquiries in person, by phone and by email and to assist with organising bookings for school tours, room hire, and community events, as well as provide an excellent level of customer service to all visitors.
