We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Co-Ordinator for one of our clients in the Gainsborough area; who are market leaders in their industry.

The successful candidate will essentially act as support for the Sales manager of the department, and will ideally have previous experience of managing a team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the team are as efficient as possible, maximising sales time and reviewing current processes with a view to improving.

You will provide training, and coaching sessions to staff members who need assistance to maximise their potential.

The role is initially for maternity cover for approx 9 months, but has the potential to go permanent.

Due to location you must have your own transport.
