An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Order Processor to join a thriving local business in Kendal. You will have a good telephone manner and be confident talking to business to business clients about the products on sale.

You will become a product knowledge expert so you can talk confidently about the range of products on offer.

The role will involve;

·  Answering customer enquiries and talking to customers about the products on sale.

·  Processing orders

There is no cold calling. 70% of the role will be processing orders and 30% will be dealing with calls and enquiries.

You will have good attention to detail and previous customer skills.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 5.15pm and 08.30am-5.00pm on Friday. Free parking available on site.
