My client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with an old school work ethic to join our small, successful sales team in our offices in York Monks Cross. They are a company who are growing slowly but surely in an exciting industry. They have instructed Adecco to recruit a sales advisor to join their growing team.

Working in a small experienced sales team the successful candidate will be making outbound prospecting calls to new and existing clients (B2B)

Some of the responsibilities involved are :
Making 70+ outbound calls per day
Managing customer details and keeping the customer database up to date
Qualifying new requests from customers
Quoting customers
Following up quotes, orders and invoices to make sure the customer receives the best level of customers service and demonstrate one 2 one account management
Exceeding realistic sales targets
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Demonstrate structured attempts for customer retention and repeat business
Patient approach towards problem solving
Proven track record in sales an advantage but not essential.
