SALES ADVISOR

BREDBURY

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join an exciting, vibrant sales team in Bredbury. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a well-established company and to progress. The overall purpose of this role is to progress inbound calls to meet and exceed sales targets whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits.

Daily Duties include -

·  Looking after walk-ins and ensuring conversion to of sales targets

·  Making outbound sales calls to target customers

·  Establishing customer requirements quickly and ensuring customer data is up to date and accurate

·  Following up on quotes and samples provided and monitoring quotation generation times and escalating delays immediately to Sales Manager

·  Provision of all relevant information to potential customers including sample products, pricing etc. ensuring that the information is fully understood

·  Manage the customer experience to expected high standards and having a tailor approach to meet customer needs and requirements

Skills Required -

·  Experience in sales and / or customer service

·  Significant knowledge of negotiation and sales approaches

·  Excellent communication and rapport building skills

·  Ability to establish needs of others to provide the right product

·  Good internal and external stakeholder management

·  Experience of ERP and CRM systems (Sage desirable )

Hours - Mon - Fri 8am - 5.00pm.

Salary- Between £20,000-24,000. (Salary dependant on experience)
