The role of the Operational Resourcing Assistant is to support both the Operational Resourcing Lead and the Operational Resourcing Advisor to provide a best in class recruitment service to the business.
It is expected that the Operational Resourcing Assistant will fulfil their responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and service aims.
This job description is subject to reasonable amendment from time to time as per the company's standard contracts of employment.
2. Relationships
The Operational Resourcing Assistant observes and maintains the following relationships:
is accountable to Operational Resourcing Lead
 Colleagues, 3rd Party Suppliers and Candidates/Potential Applicants in the course of carrying out duties
 may have contact with other persons and professionals outside the organisation, in particular 3rd party agency suppliers, employment providers etc.
3. Typical responsibilities

3.1 Resourcing
3.2 Typical duties will include:
 Working closely with the Operational Resourcing Lead to support the UK-wide resourcing strategy

 To provide support and guidance to Senior managers / Hiring Managers on all aspects of recruitment and selection  Management of vacancy approval process, ensuring the workflow continues for seeking relevant approval for new vacancies
 Responsible for advertising jobs and monitoring all application responses
 Screening CV's against set job descriptions
 Pre-screening candidates
 Providing shortlist to hiring manager
 Arranging interviews and providing the relevant interview material to the Hiring Manager
 Processing relevant documentation for new starters and liaising with HR
 Working towards team KPIs and SLAs
 Maintenance of Recruitment Tracker and related data streams

The Operational Resourcing Assistant may be asked to carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required by management. In fulfilling all duties, the Recruiter will:

 Protect the confidentiality of service users and of the business;

 Participate in any meetings as required;
