Resource Planner
Do you want to work for a Global Business based in Corby? Would you like to work in a dynamic, innovative, professional and friendly environment? Do you have previous experience in a customer service workforce / workload planning role and have strong analytical skills an understanding of performance metrics
We are currently recruiting for a Resource Planner this is an on-going temporary position, with a salary of £20,000 to £21,000.
Your main duties would include:
· Headcount control.
· Quarterly & annual budget forecasting & re-forecasting.
· Forward capacity planning in line with budget and headcount requirements.
· Based on budget and headcount, create resource plans for all workloads within the department.
· Highlighting recruitment needs such as new Agents or inter-market flex training.
· Preparing and maintaining reports to determine volumes, workload patterns, service trends, and staff productivity.
· Scheduling summaries on department performance against plan, to be produced, analysed and shared with key stakeholders on a monthly basis.
· Providing departments with monthly reports outlining market performance and forecast accuracy via daily maintenance of performance tracker
You will have the below skills/experience:
· Excellent ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks, often with tight deadlines.
· Intermediate knowledge of WFM tools & MS Office (specifically Excel)
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Self-motivated & organised.
· Forward thinker with the ability to ascertain long range work flow requirements.
· Solution focused.
· Strong communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a broad range of Key Stakeholders
Desirable:
· Planning / WFM qualifications
· Advanced Excel
