Adecco recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a People Services Supervisor based within a large organisation based in Devizes. The client is looking for a ASAP start, they offer Monday to Friday working with the option of flexi time.

The main focus of this position is to support a team of 11, while feeding into a manager during a crucial time. Being responsible for the development and adoption of best practice throughout the team and to support any changes.

General duties will be:

- Conducting regular performance meetings

- Maintain SLA targets

- Provide support with complaints and queries when needed

- Supervision of the team, monitoring attendance, workload and welfare.

The ideal Candidate:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Supervision experience would be advantageous

- CIPD level 5 or Equivalent

- Good understanding of the recruitment process.
