Adecco are proud to be working with our client based in New Romney who are seeking a receptionist to join their team, working 30 hours per week.

Your duties will be:

·  the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries

·  operating the company booking system

·  re-booking customers and offer advice if they are new to the area

·  liaising with internal departments to ensure the needs of the customer are met

·  go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service

·  face to face and telephone customer service

·  show customers round the premises when required

·  handle all new bookings

You will be:

·  an exceptional communicator

·  previous experience within a customer service role

·  excellent telephone manor

·  flexible to meet the demands of the business

In return for the above, you will be working 8am-3pm or 3pm-9pm with a salary of £15,600.

Annual Leave:

·  25 days

Agreed overtime:

·  £10 per hour
