Receptionist Administrator

Manchester City Centre

Temporary to Permanent

£8.50 per hour

Role:

I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist Administrator to work on a temporary to permanent basis with one of my clients in Manchester.

The purpose of the role is to be a professional and friendly point of contact for all clients and customers as well as manage all appointment bookings and facilities administration as well as answering general queries. You will be taking calls and speaking to clients so must have a helpful and supportive attitude to the role.

Candidates will have proven experience of:

Customer facing reception

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent attention to detail at all times

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work under pressure and in challenging situations

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

A real team player with a great attitude

Excellent IT skills to manage multiple databases

Monday to Friday

Start date this week

Hours are 9am - 6pm

40 hours per week

Must be flexible to work at multiple locations where required
