Our client based in Ealing is looking for a confident and qualified Social worker who is HCPC registered and has experience within a hospital setting.

Main duties within this team

·  Completing Mental capacity assessments

·  Attending multi-disciplinary meetings

·  Completing complex family meetings

·  Completing assessments under the Care Act 2014

·  Completing Best interest meetings

As a qualified social worker within this team you must be able to complete assessments in a timely manner while understanding the impact of delay discharges. You must show understanding of working in partnership with the NHS.

All applicants must be a Qualified social worker registered with the HCPC.
