We have a great opportunity for a Qualfiied Social Worker to work within a busy Child Protection team in Kingston Upon Thames. This is a Temporary Social Work position based in Kingston Upon Thames .

Your responsibilities as Qualified social worker in child protection

· 
To safeguard and promote the welfare of children, giving due consideration to their race, culture, religion and linguistic background.

· 
Manage a caseload of child protection and children in need cases

· 
Producing court reports and child protection and children in need case reports

· 
Complete longer-term work with families in order to meet identified need and improve outcomes.

Requirements for you as a Child protection social worker

·  Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent

·  Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)

·  Must have at least three years social work experience with children
