Adecco have a great opportunity just in today for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our local client on a 1 year maternity cover. They are looking to conduct interviews next week.

You will have many responsibilities some will include:

* Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
* Manage online and paper filing systems
* Invoicing and purchase ledger

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

* An excellent telephone manner
* Competent using Microsoft Office, word and excel
* Excellent communication skills and a patient manner
* Out-going personality

* Experience in purchase ledger
* Be able to work under pressure whilst still maintaining all work loads
* Be able to work to deadlines
