Property Recruitment Advisor

Our newest Property Recruitment Advisor will be joining our wider Property Recruitment Department.

Welcoming new clients from initial enquiry, through to property visits, contract sign off and ending at final go-live, our team of industry experts work tirelessly to ensure the company ethos is reflected in every stage of the property recruitment journey. We are proud of each and every one of our team members, who have each strived to become true experts in their area.

Essential to have:

·  Good numeracy and data interpretation skills

·  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·  Proven negotiator in difficult situations

·  A high performer and a proven sales achiever

·  Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail

·  IT literacy of the following: Windows, Word and Excel

·  Confident and able to use initiative

·  Customer Experience skills

The working hours of this role will be 5 days out of 7, operating on a shift rota basis between the hours of 9am-7pm.
