As our newest addition you will be joining our dedicated team of Property Advisor's and will be responsible for communicating over the phone with customers and demonstrating excellent customer service at all times. You will be making excellent use of information gathered to impress the customers with your knowledge and expertise of the company in order to secure a visit with one of our Property Consultants.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers when they call. Our main aim and focus is to secure a visit with one of our Property Consultants.

We are looking for a full time, flexible individual who is able to work both evening shifts (on a shift rota basis until 7pm) and weekends (One weekend day every other weekend)

Skills:

·  Outstanding verbal communication skills

·  Commercially minded and able to negotiate and influence

·  A high performer and proven sales achiever

·  Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail

·  IT literacy of the following packages; Windows, Word and Excel.

·  Confident and able to use initiative
