Adecco is currently recruiting a Property Maintenance Manager for one of our clients based in the Swansea area.

Our client is a social housing company who are looking to recruit an on-going maintenance technician to assist the maintenance team.

A valid DBS and Full UK Drivers License is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both preventative and reactive property maintenance and will be able to cover the Swansea and west wales area.

·  Ability to understand property maintenance procedures

·  Able to price up jobs and budget materials accordingly

·  Great people person with a genuine care for customers

You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle (mileage will be covered).
