Project Administrator
Location: London, City (based near Chancery Lane)
Salary/Rate: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full- time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
POSITION:
To provide administration support for the Projects Team. To offer a high-quality service to internal and external clients in a professional, efficient manner in a pressured environment.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
· To provide a high level of customer service to High net worth clients.
· To make and receive telephone calls for the Projects Team
· To assist in preparations for meetings and presentations internally and externally in terms of documentation, equipment required and refreshments (internal).
· To assist in the running of report for the controlling of hours / job costing of all projects
· Entering and maintaining all information relating to an enquiry onto Microsoft Navision and Outlook accurately and fully.
· Providing data entry support for the Projects Team and London Surveyor as required, to include specifications, quotations, letters, proposals (A3 & A4), contracts, as fitted specifications and asset registers to a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
· To assist the London Surveyor with the Handover of Sales quotes to Projects.
· Passing on any complaints, generated via phone, fax, e-mail or written to your line manager and to the Quality Manager.
· Scanning and saving specific projects / sales documentation within the specified areas of Microsoft Navision.
· Filing hard copy plans accurately for access by colleagues.
· To carry out any other relevant duties as required.

� Competent in the use of Word for Windows and all Microsoft packages.
� Ability to adapt to using the in-house computer package, Microsoft Navision.
� Polite and professional telephone manner.
� Excellent communication and customer service skills.
� Excellent interpersonal skills.
� Capable of multi-tasking, prioritising and managing own workload.
� Experience of working in a team environment with the demonstrable capability of working on your own initiative.
� 1-year minimum office administration/ customer service experience (desirable)
