You will supervise the activities within the manufacturing area of the business, while taking responsibility for leading your team to deliver the required performance levels in the following areas:

·  Housekeeping and hygiene

·  Employee behaviours

·  Health, safety and environment

·  Production quality

·  Productivity

·  Yield and waste

You will work closely with other production supervisors and team leaders. You will focus on driving your team towards becoming a high performance, self-managed team.

You will be able to:

·  Lead teams as well as be a team player

·  Communicate and influence at all levels

·  Problem solve

·  Prioritise and effectively manage time

·  Resource plan while considering the needs of the business and staff
