Production Supervisor required to lead a small team of Operatives in a fast past specialist food production processing facility in Hull. Working 6am to 6pm 4 days on/4 days off for a salary between £10.50 to £11.00 per hour.

Main Duties and Benefits

Lead, Coach, motivate, manage and develop specialist team of operatives

Identify skill gaps and manage accordingly

The ideal candidate will have a background as a Supervisor or senior operative in a food production environment.
