Production Operative

Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a world class manufacturing company in Buckingham as a Production Operative. Initially on a 12 week temporary basis with the possibility to extend or even secure a permanent position.

Payrates and Hours of work:
6.45am-3pm - £8.40 per hour
2.45pm-11pm - £10.08 per hour
10.45pm - 7am - £11.17 per hour

Main purpose:

Working as part of the Production team to achieve daily output and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·  To accurately assemble front and rear lighting applications.

·  Prepare small parts in readiness for assembly.

·  Use machinery to assist in the building of assembled products.

·  Inspect and rework assembled products to the required standards.

·  Be responsible for testing, auditing and packaging of manufactured components, sub-assemblies or products.

·  To be aware of all the hazards associated with the job and make Supervisors aware of any potential hazards or accidents.

·  Work in a tidy manner to maintain the cleanliness of the working area for all.

·  To effectively communicate all problems, requests and relevant information to your Supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

·  Good level of literacy and numeracy required.

·  Excellent manual dexterity.

·  Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

·  Good Team Player.

·  Able to communicate effectively with colleagues.

·  Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
