Duties and Role
· To work on our client's specific enquiries which will cover a broad range of products
· Source products globally using our existing database and your own initiative to find new suppliers, manufacturers and distributors
· Send emails on behalf of the procurement team
· Follow up suppliers, chase prices and ensure quotations are received in a timely manner
· Once quotations are received - analyse data on excel to determine the best offer received
· Ensuring offer's received meet client's technical specifications and delivery deadlines
· Use Excel, Word and Microsoft office programmes
· Preparing Quotations for submission to our global clients
· Source suppliers globally whom we can build key partnerships with
· Work with Directors in a range of confidential areas such as profit margins, clients, modus operandi
Experience
· Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised and challenging environment meeting client's short deadlines
· Proactive and constructive approach to resolving problems, able to multitask and prioritise workload
Hours: 9am - 17:30
Salary 25k - 30k (dependant on experience)
