An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Surveyor to join a public sector organisation based in East London.

The successful candidate will be a member of CABE or RICS and have a track record of assessing high rise residential and commercial buildings.

The role will require knowledge of Dangerous Structure analysis and experience in reviewing Building Regulation Applications. The successful applicant will carry out site inspections to review building work has been carried out in accordance with Building Regulations.
