An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pension Fund Accountant within a Local Authority based in East London.

The successful candidate will have close LGPS Pension Fund accounts before.

Tasks will be;
1. Assist with closing the pension fund accounts
2. Prepare pension fund notes and journals
3. Prepare manager and custodian reconciliations
4. Pension fund bank reconciliations
5. Various pension fund reconciliations
6. Knowledge of LGPS regulations
7. Knowledge of IAS19 and IAS26
8. Experience of using Agresso financial systems
9. Experience of using custodian systems
