Our client is a well established Financial Services Practice, who are now seeking an ambitious and pro-active Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
This role will work directly for a firm of Financial Planners who advise clients on all aspects of pensions, Investment and protection products. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this could be your ideal next role.
Duties include:
· Processing new business applications
· Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
· Chasing Letters of Authority
· Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
· Preparing pre-meeting documentation for the Adviser

Candidates applying ideally will have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners, a Pensions Consultancy or a Provider background. You will understand how the financial services industry works and be keen to develop your skills and progress a career within Financial Planning.
Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with HNW Individuals.
