PCB ASSEMBLER

Adecco's dedicated Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment team are pleased to be assisting our client with their search for a PCB Assembler .

You will be working for a market leading global electronics manufacturer at their site based in Hook.

The Role

You will be tasked with the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards to industry standards, duties include:

·  Working from written instructions, drawings and item lists to build PCB's

·  Soldering

·  Preforming, cropping and inserting component leads

·  Use of hand tools

·  Working in modifications and modified parts

·  Hand placing and soldering surface mount parts

The ideal candidate will have IPC certification, be able to work from written instruction and bill of material, have strong experience with PCB assembly and be well versed with associated components. You will have good dexterity, a high level of attention to detail and have an ability to work to tight deadlines.

Package

The role is paying between £18,000 to £23,000 p/a depending on experience
