Our client based on the outskirts of York produces a range of catalogues, brochures inserts, flyers and leaflets, amongst an impressive array of other products and services. Due to increase in work our client has instructed Adecco to recruit a Permanent Payroll Administrator to work at their York Site.

As a Payroll Administrator your responsibilities will include;

� Collecting payroll data on a weekly basis from clocking system timesheets.

� Running payroll on a monthly basis for 2 sites.

� Ensuring all payroll documentation is processed onto the payroll system in a timely manner.

� Handling of payroll queries for employees and direct line managers.

� Other shared administration duties carried out by the Finance Team

The successful candidate must have Sage 50 payroll experience - this is essential. Must have advanced Microsoft excel knowledge as there is a lot of data import/export, VLOOKUP's involved within this role. Good communication skills with colleagues and visitors to the company, with excellent attention to detail.
