I'm very excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for two full time temporary contract Payroll Administrators for one year initially to work within my clients Payroll team starting in March based in Coventry.

This is a brilliant opportunity for individuals with experience working within a Payroll team, who can pick up tasks easily and have fantastic attention to detail.

Duties will include:

·  Assisting in running four sites payroll functions - inputting of new starters, leavers and general changes (including maternity and sickness).

·  Running pre & post pay run reports.

·  Validation checking

·  Uploading electronic files

·  General administration and filing.

Ideal Candidate:

·  Payroll knowledge to ensure payroll related queries are answered.

·  Experience of manually calculating retrospective pay adjustments.

·  Good communicators

·  Systems knowledge

·  Fast & accurate data entry skills.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm with one hours lunch.
