Customer Service Advisor

Duration: On going - long term

Location: Barnsley, Earlsfield, Clapham - working across 4 different stations

Adecco are recruiting for Passenger Assistants to work at Barnes and Clapham stations and the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for our major rail operative client!

Passenger Assistants ensure the safety of customers travelling through the railway network. You need to be able to confidently work on their own, deliver important messages to customers on the platform and ensure the safety of passengers on platforms.

Skills required:

·  Good customer service skills as you will be communicating with passengers and ensuring safety on the platforms.

·  Confident to work sometimes alone on the platforms

·  Motivated and happy to also work as a team

·  Able to relay information to other members of the team and passengers
