Adecco Cardiff are recruiting for a part time Document Processing Centre Assistant for a client based in Cardiff City Centre.
Purpose of the Job
To provide an efficient reprographics and post facility to meet the internal needs of staff, reprographics includes copying, printing, print finishing and desktop publishing services. Post includes scanning if all incoming mail collecting and processing outgoing mail.
The document processing department should be friendly, professional and responsive to incoming calls from our clients, and should be fully proactive in communicating service updates to our customers and relevant managers.
The document processing assistants should adopt the highest standards of customer care with a robust and consistently applied programme of improving skills and efficiency within the work place.
The document processing assistant should ensure that they have a comprehensive understanding of their duties, have adequate resources, to enable them to achieve the best possible service.
Main duties of the Jobholder
To ensure all post, copying, scanning, printing and finishing is completed to a satisfactory level within the set time frame.
To ensure delivery to customer required location, time scales and expectations.
Hours required: 8:30am-4:30pm Thursday and Friday (16hrs)
