An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an National Contact Centre. This high profile campaign continues to expand and requires dedicated and conscientious staff members to meet on going targets.

Successful candidates will support the outbound service lines to small and medium sizes business

In order to ensure that all service users receive the excellent provision that they are accustomed to from this National Contact Centre a strong passion for going the extra mile and working to targets are required.

Core hours required are 9-5 but there may be a requirement to work outside normal office hours when necessary, therefore a flexible attitude to working hours is essential. Salary is £8.43 per hour

The skills requites for this role are as follows:

Educated to at least Level 2

Relevant experience of working one-to-one with target audience

Excellent telephone manner with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Listening skills and the ability to interact with employers and training providers in a professional and non-judgemental fashion

Ability to assimilate key information from appropriate sources

IT literate, strong keyboard skills and comfortable in using a wide range of commercial software packages, for example Microsoft Office

Commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to gain further qualifications and training as and when required.

The position is subject to an enhanced CRB Check and further vetting processes as appropriate to fill our contractual and safeguarding procedures
