We are delighted to be working on behalf of our Ipswich based client who has a global footprint.
We are seeking skilled Assemblers to work in an intricate assembly environment.
The role is night shift working 2200-0600, how ever while training you will work split shifts 0600-1400 & 1400-2200
The Operators role is to be part a Technical team delivering design, projects and products to customers within set parameters and time frames.
The role is based within clean room and laboratory conditions where tasks will follow documented instructions and specifications in an ISO9001 controlled environment.
Main Responsibilities
· Processing material through a range of hi-tech fabrication, test and validation tools that enable our client to produce advanced components. These processes will operate under either Engineering or Production control with the appropriate support and training provided.
· The role holder will uphold rigorous: Safety, Quality and Environmental standards to ensure safe and efficient working practices.
· The role holder will learn, understand and follow controlled documented standards of Operating Procedure, equipment set-up use and maintenance.

22.00pm - 06.00am; 37.5 hours per week (30 minute unpaid break)
£10 per hour plus £3 per hour shift premium; total £13 per hour or £25,350 per annum
25 days plus 8 bank holidays
6 month rolling contract
Other points:
· There will be a period of training where you will need to work on the existing double-day shift (Monday - Friday, 06.00 - 14.00 one week, 14.00 - 22.00 the following week) where pay is £10 per hour plus £1.74 per hour shift premium; total £11.74 per hour.
