A fantastic entry level opportunity to join a busy team in Reigate as an Administrator, full training provided and no office experience necessary! A great opportunity for a first or second jobber. The successful candidate will be fully trained to offer administration support in a business to business environment. You will be responsible for:

·  Communicating to contractors and clients via email and telephone.

·  Arranging appointments

·  Ensuring deadlines are met

·  Organising contractors to carry out jobs and quotes within the clients SLA's

·  Drafting quotes from contractors to be sent to clients - judging costs are accurate and reasonable

·  Checking photographs once the works have been completed to ensure the works have been carried out to a high standard

·  Providing updates on the progress of works

We are looking for the below skills:

·  Organised

·  Good attention to detail

·  Strong I.T skills (data entry & outlook)

·  Strong personality with excellent communication skills

·  Strong customer service skills
