Office Administrator

Adecco Harrow is looking for a confident, bubbly, keen and eager learner to joint a local family business, are you organized and ambitious? Looking for more than just a job - don't delay apply today!

Main responsibilities:

·  Ordering office stationary and supplies.

·  Arranging lunches, tea & coffee for office meetings.

·  Sorting post and franking.

·  Arranging courier services for documents & samples.

·  Answering the telephone and receiving visitors to the office.

·  Booking flights and hotel rooms for the Management Team.

·  Confirm despatching and invoicing out daily deliveries.

·  Assisting the Inside Sales Team with arranging daily deliveries when required.

This is a progressive role with a view of the successful applicant taking on more of the internal sales/logistics function in future.

The successful applicant should be proficient in using Microsoft Office with special emphasis in MS Excel.

Starting salary - £18,000 - To be reviewed annually.

Annual bonus to be paid at Christmas and is applicable after one full year of employment.

Company Pension Scheme - after qualifying period of six months employment.
