JOB TITLE: O365 Trainer
LOCATION: Kingston upon Thames
PAY RATE: £22.60 per hour
DURATION: 3 months minimum
START DATE: ASAP
IR35 STATUS: Inside

OVERVIEW:

The client is transitioning to an agile way of working. As part of this transition we will be utilising Microsoft Teams as our primary unified communications and collaboration platform, as well as extending the use of the Office 365 suite of applications.

We are looking for experienced and outgoing trainers to support the rollout of the new technology and ways of working. The ideal candidates will have previous experience of dealing with customers and problem solving and show a willingness to train and enable users of all skill levels.

Candidates need to have excellent IT skills and training experience, especially of Microsoft Teams and the Office 365 suite of applications.

Duties

Creation of training materials

·  Creating training scripts, webinars, videos and related content

·  Publishing the training material on the SCC intranet

Delivery of training

·  One to one training

·  Classroom sessions

·  Remote support over MS Teams and via webinars

·  Floor-walking as needs arise

·  Collecting feedback on delivered training and adapting material as required

Ongoing support

·  Resolving and providing resolution for straightforward user queries and problems.

·  As required escalating to specialist second line support team by logging a call in the call logging system.

·  Receiving calls from end users, handling queries and issues in person

·  Sign-posting to online training material and facilitating the peer to peer support community

·  Populating online Frequently Asked Questions

Skills and experience

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·  Experience in creating training materials

·  Confident in training a wide range of individuals and small groups of customers, with varying IT skills

·  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MS Office 365 and Windows 10

·  Willing and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on supporting customers and delivering great service

·  Experience in working in a busy work environment with multiple concurrent demands
