Our Leicester based client is currently recruiting for several advisers to join their team on a temporary basis.

Contract: 3- 6 Months
Location: Just outside City Centre
Days: Between Monday & Sunday (Rotating Shifts)
Hours: 37 per week between 4.00pm - 03.00am
Pay Rate: £12.56 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
* Ensuring our Emergency Vulnerable appointments are attended within the 2 hour SLA
* Supporting colleagues to ensure all our customers are attended.
* Schedule appointments and resolve existing customer enquiries
* Escalate any queries or complaints
* Ability to action Excel based reports.

Skills Required:
* Understand how to deliver world class Customer Service.
* Must be able to communicate at all levels
* Organises and plans ahead
* The ability to work flexibly around the operational requirements.
