Adecco are delighted to represent their client in a search for a permanent Accounts/Customer Service Assistant - this is a multiskilled role split between two areas of the business, for a candidate that likes to be kept busy and have a variety of tasks.
Account Duties
· Upload Transactions to Bank Scheme
· Process Payments received from both UK & EU Bank Scheme
· Process Credit Card Payments Received
· Process Online Payments Received
· Process purchase invoices
· Email Bank Credit card statements to employees for authorisation and enter onto system
· UK Direct Debits - Process and email all customers of deduction
· Process and analyse UPS UK & EU invoices
Customer Service Duties
· Dealing with Telephone enquires from both dealers and customers
· Processing orders / taking credit card payments
· Stock Adjustments
· Processing credit notes to dealers
