The Mobile Plant Operative will be responsible for the operation of the mobile plant activities within the processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Liaise with the weighbridge operatives, logistics controller, process operatives and maintenance teams to ensure optimal operations of the processing operations.

·  Perform on-site processing operations activities in a safe and compliant manner.

·  Provide hands on support as required for all functions of the processing operations.

·  Conduct vehicle pre start inspections and basic maintenance activities.

·  Provide and update documentation for routine activities.

·  Liaise and communicate effectively to all team members, external service providers, suppliers and senior management.

Experience Required:

Experience of a similar role.

Ability to demonstrate work experiences in:

·  Mobile Plant Operation

·  Cleaning

·  Mobile Plant Checks

Qualifications & Skills

·  National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) or equivalent for wheeled loading shovel and tele-handler

· 
Operation of Mobile Plant experience or internal assessment

· 
Mechanical aptitude

· 
Good organisational skills

· 
Good verbal and written skills - able to communicate at all levels

Desirable Skills

·  Competency to operate Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP)

·  Competency to operate Road Sweeper (Scarab), Hooklift and Mobile Grapple
