Adecco are currently recruiting a MI & Reporting Analyst to join our client's business on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team within a large, growing and very reputable organisation in the City Centre of Glasgow.

We are looking to speak to candidates who have a strong analytical background and have advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel, along with other MS Packages.

Key Accountabilities:

·  responsible for supporting the customer experience team with analysis and reporting through dashboards.

·  responsible for the assignment of tasks

·  support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets

Required skills & Experience:

·  significant experience in a similar role

·  Strong experience in analysing data and generating reports

·  ability to be organised, plan and manage tasks effectively

·  ability to work to tight deadlines

·  possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

·  a high degree of computer literacy, including MS Office

·  advanced understanding of Excel

Hours of Work:

Shifts between Monday - Sunday; 7am - 10pm with some flexibilty required.
