We are currently looking to recruit a Member Network Regional Coordinator based at our head office in Leicester.

You will play an instrumental role in supporting our Regional Member Networks in the development of psychology as an applied profession.

You will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support in particular to our Branches in England.

You will directly influence and advise on the application of policy, its development and implementation as well as overseeing specific projects in relation to the remit of the Member Network and the Society's Strategic Plan.

Educated to Graduate level or equivalent, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

You will be able to rapidly acquire a detailed knowledge of policy issues that might relate topsychological practice and have experience of advising and guiding committees.

Although the position is based in Leicester, some out of hours work and frequent travel (with occasional overnight stays) will be required.

The post is available full-time but we will also consider part-time and flexible working arrangements.

Key Accountabilities:

� Attend meetings and AGM's to provide advice and / or take minutes and record actions, and ensure that the actions are appropriately completed.

� Prepare agendas and papers for meetings and ensure these are circulated prior to the meeting, and support the preparation for AGM's.

� Provide effective and appropriate advice to Committee's on constitutional matters and Society policies and procedures

� Ensure that Member Networks and relevant Society personnel are both fully and appropriately informed of each other's actions and initiatives.

� Request, analyse and format data to assist Member Networks and Senior Management in their decision making

� Ensure that the database is accurate and up to date, and be able to run any necessary reports, as requested

� Respond to email/telephone enquiries

� Book rooms and arrange refreshments and relevant equipment

� Edit the Member Networks website to ensure that it is accurate and in line with the Society style guide

� Support Member Networks in the production of their Business Plans and the delivery of the activities, ensuring that they are delivered within budget and in line with commercial objectives

� Ensure that all activities are completed according to the appropriate Service Level Agreement

� Act as the Society's representative in the satellite offices, by providing advice or guidance to enquirers on wide ranging topics to ensure accurate and professional information is provided.
